Who said you needed money to have fun?!
I like what 'Sauga is turning into! Especially ever since they finished the newly built Celebration Square.
With an activity going on in the square practically everyday, it's making 'Sauga more interesting and fun... like Toronto... but less packed.
Today my friends and I decided to just go out and have 'water' day by playing in the Civic Centre fountains. Chasing each other around, running around in the fountains, and getting soaked... and I guess do some tanning in the amphitheater LOL.
That lasted for about 3 hours and afterwards just loitered a bit in the mall, trying to pass the time until they wanted to go home, and for some of us, till it was 9 to watch the free movie playing at the square.
It was a pretty amazing event I have to say. It's nice to have a movie play every Thursday for free for family nights or for people who are on dates. It was really nice.
Today they were playing Despicable Me, which was my first time watching and I have to say I absolutely LOVED the movie... and to be utterly honest... I teared up a bit when the dad was reading the unicorn story... I'm such a wuss.
Oh btw... ran into our buddy JB again at Shoppers...
