The ultimate team.
Many say that ultimate frisbee is not a sport... because they think it's easy. "You just throw a flying disk around" "It's like for dogs..."
You can't ever judge a sport by how it looks unless you've actually played the sport. You can get competitive in everything, and make anything a game. But it really doesn't matter if you consider it a sport of not, as long as you're having fun playing it.
Today after the 4th tryout, the team list was finally posted.
I really have to say, this years tryouts were REALLY fun because a lot of my friends were there as well, and were also very difficult to try to get in the team. Like... I had no idea that some of my friends were so good at frisbee. There were so many good girl AND guy players, it was obvious that the coach had a hard time choosing.
When we found out about who made the team and what not, I was actually surprised that some of the people who i THOUGHT would be on the team didn't make the list. But like I said, it was a very close match between everyone and if there was no limit to how many people can join the team, then I think 3 more people could of got on the team.
But anyones, team or not, I think I can say this not only for myself, but for everyone, that this years tryouts were amazingly fun... and didnt even feel like tryouts.
